Adventure Boot Camp for Men
is a Fitness Program specially built on Men’s needs and likes
Adventure Boot Camp is a blast, mentally and physically!
It is not about extreme competition. It is about improving yourself, having "time with the guys" and getting in a great workout - FAST!

You will be AMAZED at what you will accomplish in just 4 weeks!

You can start NOW by getting at least 5 friends together (including you)
for an hour a day 3-5 days per week,

Or you can wait, and continue your ways to an unknown time by
WAITING for TOMORROW to make a decision.

Our men's program will take place where and when we agree, (It is your program to decide, depending on your location we can come to you!)

The camp format will be:

  1. “Guy" exercises and programming that will help improve Male strength and flexibility for: golf, mtn. biking, basketball, tennis, skiing, surfing, and various outdoor sports such as Monday morning football. ;-)
  2. More sports-oriented and martial-arts style conditioning such as: speed, agility, quickness training

Each day will vary in mode and intensity. You should expect callisthenic exercises, agility training, sports drills, flexibility training, and fun exercises that will make the time fly and take your fitness to a high level.

  • Maximum class size is 20.
  • Each class is exactly one hour in duration.
  • Sessions will be 3x, 4x, or 5x per week for 4 weeks (your choice). Cost varies with # guys in class and number of days per session. Obviously, More days = better results!
  • You will need an exercise mat, water bottle, running shoes, set of dumbbells, and a sense of adventure.

Men of all ages and fitness backgrounds are welcome to join; the program is designed in a way that nobody is held back or left behind -everyone is challenged. Participants should be free of limiting injuries. A pre-camp evaluation is part of the registration process. It only takes a few minutes and you will be able to ask any additional questions. At this time, you will get a personalized welcome packet containing program details as well as our proprietary Men’s Boot Camp Nutrition Guide on how to nourish your body to burn fat and build lean (i.e. Get Ripped).
